About 7.5 hours from Sagres to Salema, leaving the cape behind and following the coast east toward the Algarve. The path mixes cliff walking with descents to beaches - pace yourself on the ups.

Salema is a fishing village that still feels local compared with resorts farther east. Dinner near the beach is the obvious reward.
